Hope this becomes a regularly updated thing. This site/gym gives out some great info. I used to watch the old vids before training and picked up some good habits in the basic PL/OLY movements. Just giving some feedback so you know it’s being seen.
I am a beginner in the world of weight lifting. I just read each of the articles and it’s really amazing how you help open your head and realize where you are standing. For 6 years I began to take care of my body and I always settled for little, even knowing that deep down I want and can give more of me.
These tips are very valuable and are not easily found, so thank you very much, greetings from Argentina.
