Just curious to what the reason is for doing 4×5 on Sumo Deadlift plus a set of 1×12?
This was a beginner I think. In this case it was learning form then perhaps reps to see how fatigue affects form. Or maybe neurological priming as the sets of five would increase in weight per set then would be able to do high reps with more weight.
