  1. advise please if im training to get muscular size how should i pair my muscle groups what muscle groups should be trained together thanks rob

    • There is hard to answer because there isn’t ONE way that works. It is kind of up to then individual. Because lower body takes so much effort most people separate that from other muscle groups. A good starting point if working out three days a week is Legs, Chest and Back, arms and shoulder. Then as you progress you can add a workout day or change how they are arranged.
